Plain-English Summary: We collect your name, contact details, and service needs to match you with local NH home service professionals. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertising networks. Leads are shared only with relevant, vetted contractors in your area.

We collect information in two ways: information you provide to us directly, and information collected automatically when you visit our site.

Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location (country/state level)
- Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Pages visited, time on site, and referring URL
- Form interaction timing (used for bot detection only — see Security)
- Cloudflare Turnstile challenge result (pass/fail token, no biometric data)
We do not fingerprint your device or build persistent advertising profiles.
How we use your data
We use the information we collect for the following legitimate purposes:
- Lead matching: Forwarding your service request to one or more vetted local contractors who cover your ZIP code and offer the service you need. We may share your request with one or more matched contractors, typically no more than three (3), based on service type, geography, availability, and response coverage.
- Service communications: Sending you a confirmation that your request was received, and following up if we are unable to find a match.
- Contractor vetting: Reviewing contractor applications to maintain quality standards for our network.
- Site improvement: Analyzing aggregate (non-personal) traffic data to improve page performance and user experience.
- Fraud and bot prevention: Using timing signals and Cloudflare Turnstile to detect and block automated form submissions.
- Legal compliance: Retaining records as required by applicable law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers, advertising networks, or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Third parties & service providers
To operate our platform, we share data with a small number of carefully selected vendors. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use your data as directed by us.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (Insights) to understand how visitors use our site in aggregate — for example, which pages are most viewed and where visitors come from. GA4 may use cookies and collect IP address, device, and browser details (anonymized by GA4 before processing). Cloudflare Insights is cookieless and does not retain IP addresses. Both tools are used solely for analytics and site improvement.
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tags, or other cross-site behavioral advertising trackers on this website. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the effective date above.
Contractor data sharing
When you submit a homeowner quote request, your name, phone number, ZIP code, service address, and service details may be shared with one or more matched contractors who serve your area, typically no more than three (3). By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted by those matched contractors by phone or text regarding your specific service request. You may opt out of further contact from any contractor by informing them directly, or by contacting us at [email protected].
Cookies & local storage
Our website uses minimal cookies and browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Theme preference: We store your light/dark mode preference in memory for the current session. It is not persisted between visits.
- Cloudflare cookies: Cloudflare may set cookies for security, bot detection, and performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Sets cookies (commonly named
_gaand_ga_<ID>) to distinguish unique visitors and measure usage. See Google's privacy policy for details. - Formspree: May set a session cookie to prevent duplicate submissions. No persistent tracking.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent bot-protection mechanisms from functioning correctly, which could affect your ability to submit forms.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
- Homeowner lead data: Retained for up to 12 months after submission to support lead delivery, follow-up, quality assurance, dispute handling, and recordkeeping, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Contractor application data: Retained for the duration of the contractor's active engagement with LeadForge NH, plus 24 months thereafter.
- Server logs and bot-detection signals: Retained for up to 90 days for security analysis, then purged.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
Your rights & choices
Regardless of where you are located, we honor the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data. We will comply unless retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity.
- Opt-out of contractor sharing: You may ask us not to share your data with contractors after the fact by emailing us promptly after submission.
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Security & bot protection
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information and reduce fraudulent or automated submissions. These measures may include encrypted connections (HTTPS), hidden anti-spam fields, submission-pattern analysis, and Cloudflare Turnstile or similar bot-protection tools. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will always indicate when the policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
